Government of Haryana has invited applications from the eligible candidates for the Post of Legal Assistant in the School Education Department, Haryana. 

Nature of Appointment
Appointment shall be purely on temporary contractual basis in the School Education Department, Haryana under Part-I of Outsourcing Policy on the fix monthly salary.

Fix monthly salary is Rs. 23,320

Educational Qualification for the post of Legal Assistant is as under:
  1. 1st division in 10th and 12th is mandatory
  2. Law Graduate from Recognized University in English Medium
  3. Candidates who possess LLM qualification will be awarded 10% weightage of mark obtained in LLM 
Total Post: 35
  • Number of posts can be increased or reduced as per requirement.
  • Person found suitable for the post can be posted at Headquarter/anywhere in State of Haryana.
  1. Deal with all court cases from receipt till final stage.
  2. Advise on legal issues pertaining to the field.
  3. Discuss and prepare draft reply in consultation with the head quarter. The draft of written statement be prepared from legal cell (Head Quarter) as well as Office of the Advocate General, Haryana.
  4. Any other assign work related to court cases/legal matters.
Age Limit:
  • Maximum age 42 years
  • As per Govt. Instructions, however in case of reserve candidate 5 years relaxation shall be given.
  • The benefit of reservation shall be given to Backward Classes, other Backward Classes, Ex Service Man, EWS, Physically Handicapped, Scheduled Caste, Schedule tribe as per State Government reservation policy

Nature of Duty:
  1. To deal with Court Cases of the Department.
  2. This engagement shall be dependent on the performance of the candidate.
  3. The said engagement shall be terminated at any time without any notice if it is found that the work and conduct of the candidate is not satisfactory.

Delhi High Court in its recent notification on its website has announced the Final Result of Delhi Judicial Service Examination, 2017. Total 139 candidates were selected for the viva voce / interview which was held from 15.01.2019 to 18.01.2019 & 21.01.2019. The Main written examination was conducted last year on 13.10.2018 and 14.10.2018. Total 32 candidates are finally selected.

Rajasthan Judicial Service Exam ( Rjs Exam ) :- Scheme & Syllabus

Rajasthan High Court invites online applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Civil Judge Cadre. 

Date of Preliminary Examination: 31/03/2019

The examination scheme for recruitment to the cadre of Civil Judge shall consist of :- 
I. Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) 
II. Written Main Examination (Subjective Type) 
III. Interview

Preliminary Examination:-
The Preliminary Examination shall be an objective type examination in which 70% weightage will be given to the subjects prescribed in syllabus for Law Paper-I and Law Paper-ll, and 30% weightage shall be given to test proficiency in Hindi and English language. The maximum marks for Preliminary Examination shall be 100 in which number of questions to be asked shall also be 100. However, there shall be no negative marking for wrong answers in Preliminary Examination. The duration of Preliminary Examination shall be of 2 hours. The marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination shall not be counted towards the final selection.

Written Main Examination:-
The Main Examination shall consist of following subjects:
